A global high-end automotive brand engaged Brain Matters to enhance their leadership capability, embed sustainable high-performance behaviours, and support inclusive decision-making. The organisation sought a neuroscience-led approach to develop leadership behaviours that could be consistently applied across teams and functions. That would reinforce behaviours that support psychological safety and allow leadership to demonstrate the organisation’s high-performance culture.
Our Approach
Brain Matters designed a year-long, neuroscience-led leadership programme, co-created with the client, consisting of 4x Training Sessions, 4x Team Coaching Sessions and 2x One-on-One Reflection Sessions per Leader, with solution topics focused around:
- Neuroscience of Decision Making
- High Performance Culture & Leadership
- Psychological Safety
- Leadership Communication
The coaching focused on practical application of session insights, supported by observations of leaders with their respective teams, followed by team coaching and individual reflection sessions to reinforce learning and behavioural change.
