Dr. Skyla Herod has a Ph.D. in behavioural neuroscience, focusing on the brain mechanisms behind stress-induced disorders. With extensive experience in both animal and clinical research, she has worked with international experts to explore the connection between high performance and the neurobiology of distress.
Her research on neuroplasticity and resilience has fueled a global mission to bridge neuroscience and real-world application. As Chief Scientist, she leads the development of neuroscience-backed strategies within the Brain Matters framework to drive sustainable high performance. Through keynotes, workshops, and master classes, she shares practical insights, while also collaborating with Dr. Marcia Goddard on high-performance culture analytics.
